Guarantee and Returns Policy
Before returning any products you should contact our customer services department to obtain a returns number. You should arrange for the return of the products or alternatively request that we collect the products. Where products are faulty, collection of the products shall be at our cost; otherwise, you shall be responsible for the costs associated with collection of the products.
Returns will be accepted provided that the items are received within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original condition. Any packaging should also be in the same condition as when received. Where products are returned due to them no longer being required or where ordered in error, carriage charges are non-refundable.
Returns are subject to a 15% restocking charge plus a carriage charge where collection of products has been arranged by Forest Metal Components. Any refund on returned products shall be issued at our discretion once we have inspected and accepted the returned products.
Where a product has been delivered and turns out to be faulty or damaged you should inform our customer services department within 24 hours of delivery. Products delivered by carrier should be rejected if damaged.
Bespoke or non-standard products are not available to order from the Website but may be ordered direct by contacting our sales team. On placing an Order for such products, we will send you a sales order acknowledgement (an “Order Acknowledgement”) to sign and return. We must receive your signed Order Acknowledgement before we proceed with your Order. Once we receive your signed Order Acknowledgement, the Order cannot be cancelled or returned and shall not be refunded with the exception of where the product specification does not match that of the original Order.
